I am looking for some help to determine the right weight to start my program. I am not new to lifting but I am new building my own program. I use to find my max rep and my trainer/coach would create a program along with starting weight and weight increase. If any one could help me determine that, I would be greatly appreciate it.
Hey! I used to lift weight before going overweight lol. But the best suggestion is to lift the one that you are comfortable and easy to lift at first try. After several reps you will see that it will become difficult and you can increase the weight every two weeks or month once you gain the strenght.
