I have been dieting,running,working with weights,kickboxing,karate, and I just stop at 150 and I feel that I am not getting toner, I am not loosing inches. I understand that muscle weighs more than fat. I would love with all the dieting to go further towards my goal of 130 but its like a brick wall in my way. I am 42 and I know every little think effects my body. I know my hormones are playing a big role. Does anyone have any suggestions? I just want to see my hard work.
