Hi ladies I would like to get my self into shape I really like the free weights but I'm having a problem getting motivated as well I have just
came through menapause and i always want cake still plus i have put that weight on. I am about 40 lbs over weight and i don't get off work
until 9:00 pm. so i have to find a way to not eat at that time.You see Ihave lunch early at work so when I get home. i'm hungry. What can I do.I just joined about 5 minutes ago i'm kind of desperate.
