I have been working out since november or 2011 I have lost 40 pounds and want to lose 40 more I dont like to eat though and sometimes I forget to eat. When I do eat I tend to feel guilty afterwards and throw it up. Im not sure what to do anymore I dont wanna gain back what I lost and im afriad if I eat I will gain it back. I know im harming myself I just dont want to gain it back.
