hi, also new here my name is dutsinma but u can call me dot. I  want to lose weight and gain muscles though sometimes I just don't feel motivated enough and I keep procrastinating.

Welcome to freetrainers dot!! Good luck with your adventures in the fitness realm.

Begining can be tough. Losing weight and putting on muscle when done right is really a lifestyle change. It can seem a bit intimidating but take the leap and dive in. There are workout plans on this site you could use to begin. Don't get discouraged, some people are hard gainers others not so much. Just stick with it and you won't be dissapointed.

Look through the vast amounts of posts on this site, there is a wealth of information. If you have anything specific ask away, I may not be an expert but will throw in ky 2 cents and maybe others will as well.
