Im trying to recover from bulimia and sometimes it's hard for me because whenever I eat anything that I think is bad, I want to throw it up. But I also have a hard time not eating chocolate. What should I do?

I've heard from many trainers that it's better to give into temptation than to ban yourself from your favorite treats. So when you really want chocolate, have just a little. I know it's hard not to try to throw up every little thing that might be "bad" for you but remember that to be healthy your body needs fats and carbs and all those "bad" things, just in moderation.

A little high quality chocolate is good for you. High quality also means more flavor, so one piece will go a long way.
