i've never noticed this before but i do now i think i have a disorder, everything i eat i feel guilty about and i hate my body even when people tell me i look good i still hate it and use to when i eat i eat a lot (but i'm trying to change that) but now that i've cut my portions down on what i eat i feel like i'm not getting enough (maybe i need to drink more water when i eat to help me feel full) but i'm also drinking more water to and not drinking sodas or sweet tea and i'm also not eating junk foods and eating more fruits and veggies

i give you props. 8 outve 10 ladies with an eating disorder will never admit having one or even consider what they do as unhealthy. Me personally i couldnt care less if its healthy, its my control

thanks, and i've lost 4 pounds already :) just by exercise and eating healthy (well healthier). but i started to care what i ate because i was up to 165 pounds, but now i'm down to 161, maybe less now i don't know i haven't weighed myself in a while.
