I know plenty of people just need sometimes words of encouragement and non-judgemental support. I would like to offer that support to anyone who needs it.
Hello!! I just stumbled across this site looking for ways to exercise at home! I have 4 kids ranging in ages from 6-16! Every time I start a new diet or exercise program I find myself having a bad day or two and totally giving up! I am looking for like minded people to help keep the motivation andd encourage up! I suffer from depression, anxiety, and bi-polar disorder, so one bad day can lead to two or more and it seems to spiral from there!
