Another check-in today, 30 minutes on the elliptical.  I would have gone longer but I started too late and ran out of time 😞

After a long weekend of walking around 15,000 steps per day, I took a day off, then 45 minutes on the crosstrainer.  Back in business!

Welcome back! I've been kind of quiet on here, mainly because I haven't been sticking to my program.  BUT... now I can do a check-in :-)

wednesday: 50min crosstrainer in the evening after work
tuesday: 45min crosstrainer in the morning

thursday -  2 mile walk
friday-   70 minute aerobic workout and ab workout

I have been struggling with health issues that included several weeks of antibiotics that left me so drained that exercise was out of the question.But now I'm back .I am resuming my walking program and went for a 25 minute wallk yesterday..Baby steps for me !

changing to weekly check in-  last week

Mon-50 minute aerobic
Tues- 62 minute aerobic, bicip and tricip w/ weights workout
Wed- 20 minute aerobics, ab workout, arms w/ weights workout, 1 1/2 mile walk
Thurs- 35 minute aerobics, chest/ shoulder workout w/ weights
Fri- 60 minute aerobics- ab workout, arms w/ weights and 1 mile walk
Sat and Sun - rest days  
will check in next week for this weeks check-in

Monday- 11/2 mile walk
Tuesday- 30 minute cardio workout, arm & ab workout w/ weights
Wednesday- 1 1/2 mile walk,  30 minute total body training w/ weight
Thursday- 1 1/2 mile walk , 30 aerobics w/ weights
Friday-   1 1/2 mile walk , 30 minute body sculpt w/ weights
Sat & Sun - rest days


Doesn't look like anyone is doing this check-in any more. Oh well I guess I will find out next week

I'm still here,but keep forgetting to check in  unless I get an email that someone posted  on the site.I've been slowly getting back to exercising after being ill for awhile.I have been going for a 20 minute walk all last week.I am hoping to get started on a weight training program after I finish the book I'm reading on it.

weekly check-in    last week

Monday- 30 minute ab workout w/weights, 1 1/2 mile walk
Tuesday- 30 minute aerobic workout, 1 1/2 mile walk
Wednesday- 30 minute upper body workout w/ weights and 1 3/4 mile walk
Thursday- 1 1/2 mile walk
Fri, Sat, Sun- rest days  (looks like way too many rest days here)    lol


will be back next week, not to many checking in any more

yes,I agree so we have to hold the fort Lol.I am continuing my walks 3-4 times a week and began doing some light weigth training.Starting slow as my muscles are very stiff

I went for my walk 5 times this past week.Only did light weights once.My goal is to do weight training twice a week

monday- 1 3/4 mile walk and 30 minute interval training
tuesday- 1 3/4 mile walk and 30 minute total body training w/weights
wedns- 1 3/4 mile walk
Thurs- 1 3/4 mile walk
Friday- had to push mow lawn and had no more energy to do anything else
Sat And Sun - rest days

i think everyone else left and only 2 here now, BUMMER  LOL

Tomorrow will be the starting of will be week two of my 3 days a week exercise plan. And it is Zumba Friday.

heyy, my fitness schedule is monday through friday and weekends off. I started yesterday, and I am about to go in a bit again so so far so good :D
