Hi, i'm just gettin started and i really want to be in shape, i'm young but i have struggled a lot with my weight, i'm not comfortable in my own skin, i'm starting this program but as i am writting this i have a bag of doritos by my side, that's kind of sad. I stress eat, and i want to lose weight because this is a big year for me, i graduate high school, and i don´t want to be the one that doesn´t get into the pool because she´s to big, or the one who can't go shopping beacause nothing fits, so can someone give me some tips about how to stop stress eating, or how to keep on track?
