Is that the one with doing the amount of reps as the value of the card? I would say that could lead to some serious over training.

no it is where you lay out number of cards(say ten in a line 1 foot apart) and move up squat pick up card, stand move to next card and squat, place card on top of other card ,stand, squat remove top card ,stand, squat, remove next card, stand move to next card in line repeat whole process over.ten cards equals 100 squats at body weight.card one=1 squat, card two =3 squats,card3= 5 squats etc.by the time you get to card ten you do 19 squats basically every card after first one equals 2 squats.so 20 cards is like 400 squats at body weight.i have seen some guys do this many and more.me after 10 cards i was in pain fro hours and couldn't walk up stairs for two days.i have even heard of some people urinating blood
