That diet sounds more like what you would want for a body builder and not for losing wieght...try more fiber/less fat.

I'm down 35lbs still have 20 to go. I'm running a 5k 6 days a week and I feel like I'm eating enough but everyone has a different # for caloric intake. I weigh 220 now. I have hit a plateau and I am getting frustrated. I don't know what im doing wrong!
Today I had protien bar and bananna for breakfast
protien shake for snack
10oz salmon(baked) orange and an apple for lunch
ran 5k
protien shake for snack
10 oz salmon with lots of steamed veggies for dinner
drank 1.5 galons of water.
HEEEEEEEELP!! Sounds to me like a decent day

Try having a better first meal. Eat more natural foods with less ingredients and focus on protein along with good carbs.
The first meal is most important as your body hasn't been refueled for about 12 hrs. Try some oatmeal, or good quality breakfast cereal that is high in protein and less in fat.
