Advice on USMC Boot Camp Fitness Prep

Hello everyone, So I recently enlisted in the Marine Corps, but I have no idea if this is a good workout routine. Can you guys give me some tips on whether or not this routine is good or not. Here it is:

Warm up

- Dynamic movements and stretching
- Run 1 Mile
 
Training

(1) 8 Rounds

- 5 pull ups
- 10 Dips
- 20 push ups

(2)6 Rounds

- Kettlebell Swings @ 2 minutes
- Rest @ 20 seconds

(3)
- Ruck 3 miles w/ 50+ pound weighted pack.

(4) 1 Round

- 100 lunges
- 100 bodyweight squats
- 100 sit ups
- 100 jump squats
- 100 push ups
- 100 flutter kicks

Cooldown - 10 Minutes

Uh yeah I think that’s enough although I would do a little more pushups and pull-ups
