I can only suggest you to start doing Calisthenics, that is my passion.
But I have to add: I never hit the gym. So I can not really tell you anything about weightlifting... :/ Sorry

Btw... Recenty I created a group about Calithenics (that is the name of the group too) and if the group grows everyone can help each other and we achieve what we want... If you like to join - just tipe Calithenics in the group search field...There we are :)
