I started this in 2011 and I have dropped the weight then taken it back on and increased it. In that time I have been down to 235lbs. and as high as 286 which was yesterday at the doctors for my heart check. I am on blood pressure meds now and I DO NOT WANT TO BE FAT! me and my wife have so many events coming up where pictures need to be taken and I and ready to change.

Hello dkimbell, how have things been going?  It's been a month since you posted this, I'm curious if you have been able to get a fitness plan in place and get it started.  I'm recently getting back in the swing of things and so far so great!!
