hi there! 30 days may be a little too short of time, but if you do exercises regularly it will give a visual improvement. It is important to eat healthy too. Make sure you have eaten something before you exercise, but not too much. Also, it is important to eat proteins afterwards. This helps to 'cure'en grow your muscles more easily. Another important thing is to not overdo it; rest days are just as important as doing the exercises! Hope to have helped you a little.
