35yo here looking to get his butt back in gear starting next week (shocker, I know) and I'd like to start incorporating lifting and fat burning activities into the workout. I am a long-distance runner but that doesn't burn off the fat like it used to! I'd love to find someone to work with, compete with, motivate with, and see if we can help each other reach our goals. My main goal is to lose 10-12lbs but I'd like to get to a point where I make it a lifestyle and not a chore.
