this year alone has been so trying. now that it is FINALLY ending, i all aboard. im not trying to LOSE any weight, im a small figure/frame lady already. i would like to gain 10 more poulds. i have such a hard time working out. however, i dont want to be all muscle. i want it proportioned. firmer belly and slightly more plumped up rear end. the new year is here and i am trying to bring it in right and start it off with a bang.
HELP, needing tons of motivation and help with what exercises are best
