i am 23 and i trying to loss wight i wight 122 lbs and i am 5ft 3. i also would like to get in shape. i need help getting motivate and staying motivate. i go to the gym with my husband. but its hard to go every day becausre of his working schedule. i get really nervose and emdarrassed to go to the gym by myself.
