Stay motivated! Have you made a new years resolution to start a new workout program? Are you still waiting to start it? Have you already started it and are now having trouble keeping it up? We would like to help you during this period by creating a group for people facing similar challenges.

I've started the home workout program, with a Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday schedule. I finished all of the sets for all of the exercises on Saturday, and I am a little sore. But looking forward to Tuesday!

Great! keep it up!!

My check-in for today: 45 minutes on the elliptical.  I've been tired, busy and lazy the last few days, so I'm not really happy with my progress.  Let's hope it gets better now.
