Hello everyone.  We are now two weeks into our transformation/motivation challenge and I thought I'd create a new thread where we can write about what kind of progress we have made since the start.  How is everyone feeling?  Are you still keeping it up?  Have you given up and need some motivation to try and get going again?

I hope you will share your experiences with us!

*hint - if you would like to enter list-style text in the message, you can use the button which looks like a list in this message editor.  It's the 3rd one from the right.

Personally, I feel pretty good.  I've gone through my daily checkins to try and put together a summary of what I have done, so here it is:
  • 2016/01/09 - 20min cross trainer
  • 2016/01/10 - 25min cross trainer
  • 2016/01/11 - home workout
  • 2016/01/12 - 30min cross trainer
  • 2016/01/13 - home workout
  • 2016/01/14 - 35min crosstrainer, 30min walk
  • 2016/01/15 - 50min walk
  • 2016/01/16 -
  • 2016/01/17 -
  • 2016/01/18 - 30min cross trainer
  • 2016/01/19 - 45min cross trainer
  • 2016/01/20 - home workout
  • 2016/01/21 - 50min cross trainer
  • 2016/01/22 -
  • 2016/01/23 -
  • 2016/01/24 - 60min cross trainer
  • 2016/01/25 - home workout

These are my observations:
  • My weight hasn't dropped very much in these two weeks, I went from 79kg to 78.5kg, but it fluctuates every day so it's hard to tell.
  • My waist went from 95cm to 93cm.
  • I am now able to go longer on the crosstrainer without feeling any discomfort, but that's also due to monitoring my heart rate during the exercise.
  • I have have more exercise days than rest days.  Before starting this challenge, I had 0 exercise days and 7 rest days every week.  So this is a MASSIVE improvement.
