after every workout how to improve stamina to do next work outs

The more you do the more you will be able to do, building stamina takes time. Im far from an expert but i have found that to build stamina, for me imhave to do the usual amount i would do then a little bit more. Push that little bit further each time and you will be able to do more and more

Use a bench press, immediately followed by pull-ups, then run a mile as fast as you can… and repeat.
