From what little I know, it's more of not what you eat but what you don't eat. Research the fat that is hard to burn, that sticks to you like white on rice.

---It is not what to eat... but what not to eat. Limit breads and increase fruits and water. Believe it or not - hulahooping helps :) Best wishes.
