hey iv started my work out today done half an hour working on my musles then went for a 20min walk feeling great this is the first day for me to my new year healthy buzz
Worked out with hubby for the first time in a year and a half yesterday. He was mean and "made" me do supersets, today my triceps are killing me - always a good sign
