proper breathing, posture, how many i should do in a day.
i started doing sit ups and crunches and other little tricks from online sites but have seen no results . Should i do cardio before i do sit ups. Will the stair master help with my abs i want to lose this belly of mine its the only part i am having problems with. Is it hopeless? please give some advice!! :)

Sit ups alone will not benefit you. We can't spot reduce.
CARDIOvascular exercise is for the heart, and makes it stronger. Crunches are for your ab muscles and you can do them till the cows come home but you will not reduce the fat on your tummy.
Take a look at what you are eating, then ask what can I reduce or replace with better quality foods. I believe this is where you are going wrong.
As for the number of sit ups or crunches in a day: 4 sets of 10. Any more is a waist of time and energy.

Patience, persistence and perspiration make an unbeatable combination for success.
