My Dr. suggested I go on a 2000 calorie diet and I am finding it really hard to eat that much food. I have been averaging about 1500 - 1900 calories a day. I work out at the GYM 1 1/2 -2 hrs a day 5 days a week. I find that I am having to force myself to eat even when I am not hungry just to try to meet my calorie goal. I eat all healthy foods. no junk food at all. I am doing well with my weight loss and the Dr. said I was doing good but I will see better results If I eat more. How can I meet my calorie goal in a way that is good for me? I have heard all my life that when your full stop eating so it's hard to change that pattern.
