what are your goals? You have to set up some goals for yourself and hopefully we can help you out from there.

I understand the whole "motivation" situation (heh, that rhymed). Earlier this year I quit drinking, smoking cigarettes, eating fast food...You have to have the desire and the drive...Since I was 12 I have had a problem with food. I am also quite lazy myself. But this year, looking back on my life and ALL of the situations I have encountered, I realized I needed to take control of a few things. I just thought as all the things I needed to cut down in my life, or out of my life altogether as just regular things. Then to admit to myself that it was me who was abusing them. Think of it as a test on your willpower. Don't let something so insignificant make such a significant change in your life. Once you get into habit of a healthier lifestyle, then you'll be so much more happier, awake, confident, EVERYTHING! Also, try thinking that you only have one life to live, you might as well live it full of positivity and health conciously.

Oh, and I completely forgot. Two awesome things you can do that are fun PLUS they are GREAT workouts on your body...Swimming and Tennis
