Dude, it sucks. I've done the whole sauna suit with icy/hot all over your body thing to cut for competitions, it blows. Your dehydrated, feint, tired, and lose strength. It's not gunna help you lose fat.
Also, if you participate in AAU or NCAA sports, its ILLEGAL.

You have to get rid of all your normal clothing and fashion all new garments from duct tape and black garbage bags. Stay away from water it's really fattening because as soon as you drink a few glasses of the stuff you'll see you gain back a ton of weight that you worked hard to lose:)
