If your trying to build muscle mass then its not a good idea to train any muscle 2 days in a row. Your muscles need time to heal and grow.

If you don't use resistance you can exercise anything you want to anytime you want to. If you use resistance you need to rest the muscles to allow growth. Abs and legs are better able to recover more quickly because they are used all day long and accustomed to more work.
Aim at 3 days a week on abs and 2 on legs if you are using resistance.

you can do all the crunches you want.......still wont get a 6 pack unless your diet is good.

your forearms can be trained every day,any muscle can be trained every day,for awhile any hows maybe for a shock treatment to get them growing again,I would experiment and find out for your self the possibilities are endless.
