Sunday's chest day

Well, haven't done flat dumbbells first in quite a while, and they have been down a bit. So to see if my strength was actually going up in them doing close to the same weights after everything else, decided to do them first today. Went well, racked off 10 easy reps with 85's for my first working set, then did 7 with 100! Ended up doing 120's, so that felt good. Probably did too much on the flats though, because my inclines suffered. After flats went to Hammer strength and was up on those, usually end up at 230 for maybe a couple, but racked out 5 good clean reps and went up to 250 for a first time. But, ended up strong, fantastic chest pump.
