Legs

Had to really "focus" today, pretty tired. Got through it in decent shape. Hit my maxes from last week, with a few extra partials to boot. When I did my first set of 3 with 950, after the 3 rd rep I raised the catch plate up and did 10 partials with that weight. Pretty killer leg pump.

On the work front, got some good news when I came in. Only have to make it through tonight, tomorrow and next week. ON the 7th they are going to start a 3rd shift, and one of the guys from days actually volunteered for it!! Whooo..hooo! I was dreading the thought of 3rd. I like second, works well for me.

So, on with the workout...

Plate loaded squat press
Sets....590x10,680x10,770x10,860x6,950x3(and 10 partials),950x2

Leg extensions(overload middle)
Sets....90x10,115x10,125x9

Leg extensions(overload end)actually went up on these
Sets....125x10,140x9

Adductors
Sets.....145x15,160x15 and these also

Lying leg curls
Sets....90x10,105x10,120x6 went up here too

Standing calves
Sets....495x20,515x20,515x15

Made it through, may try and get some cardio in tomorrow. Don't know if I will or not, did 40 minutes Tuesday at 60% max H.R. 471 calories, now that is really a record for me!!
