First Week

Feeling better and challenging myself more. Hoping to finish off tmrw so it will be 5 days of sticking to this training routine which will be good because usually I have only some days off but this week I've been really committed. Esp with Melbourne weather it's hard to go for walks with my kids and all so having this exercise routine is really helpful.
