It day 8 and I feel more and more myself again. I feel healthier and stronger .
I am relocating to Cape Town two weeks. The mother city is healthy filled with people who CAN wear bikinis .I want to be one of them. So I am working hard to get in shape so I can wear my bikini in December 2012....
Its hard work and I want it to become my lifestyle. Its not about loosing weight anymore , its about showing my BF his got a gf he can be proud of help too boost my confidence and self-esteem.
