I am feeling so energised tonight....
I dont know what happened , must probably be the fact that I worked from home today and didnt go to the office .
Last night I was in the slumps tired from work and didnt put much effort in my work out.
This Flog and this site is such a huge motivation .
I definitley wouldnt have been this far in my goal if it wsnt for FT.
