arm day

Got some rest last night, had a decent arm day. I was still weak, I can see it is going to take more than one day to get over these long nights, and still have to do the same thing starting today. Oh well, last week anyway.

As noted, did have a good arm workout from the "pump" standpoint, but still a bit down on my poundages, and seemed to wear out a bit faster. Oh well, probably need more rest time anyway. Can't expect to drive the body that hard without adequate rest. It will actually in the end backfire.
