Getting Started

Just found the site and the exercises it suggest seem pretty good.  Actually looking forward to starting tomorrow.  I've been going to the gym since September and have seen results, but I'm starting to plateau. At the present,I'm 5'11" weighing in at 237 lbs.  My goal is to get below 200.   Also wouldn't mind to get more muscle tone.  Here's hoping for new and better results.
