I have been eating this bread with a description of wheat bread. Since its the only product i can find here in our place, i have no choice..

It has this description

Made from 100% real premium wheat combining the goodness of wholemeal flour and the natural taste of real honey, this bread is high in fiber that is good for your health.

I really need help.. If this is a fake then could someone help me a subtitute?

Thanks in advance

Well, it is hard to say. If that were a label on a bread product being sold in a market in the U.S., the high protein wheat flour would be have to be listed as whole wheat if it were whole grain. Then is wholemeal the same as whole grain? Maybe, but then it doesn't specify what type of flour. But if you have no choice...I guess it is that or no bread (which I've pretty much given up).
