Bodybuilding cutting diet comments?

I would like the pros to review this diet for me PLEASE. (on the cutting down stage while trying to maintain as much muscle as possible)
8am breakfast 6 egg whites, 1/2 grapefruit, 1 cup plain oatmeal or half wheat bagel 2 tablespoons of flax oil and 1000 mg vit c
10 am mid morn protein shake
11:30 lunch tuna salad apple or 6-8 0z chicken breast with 2 cups veggies
4pm afternoon protein shake or bar
5:30 workout
6:30 shake and 2 tablespoon Flax oil
9 pm before bed egg whites about 6-8 and 1/2 red bliss tater
gallon of water a day

Cardio- 1-2 times a week 20 min afraid to lose any size

I had my body builder friend & her trainer husband look at this and they both say, WAY too many shakes in a day, try to get your intake from whole, NATURAL foods, nothing processed... more green veggies, supplements.

Agree with vadwear. Shakes hasten gastric emptying also, will leave you hungry. Also, hard to asses the diet, though the choices look fairly decent(except as noted), is this a calorie cut, and how much of one. A good place to start is around 10% for a cut. Do not add too much cardio to begin with, use cardio as an extension of your diet, not the other way around. As you get down you will be sorry if you do it the other way.

i am thinkg of cutting now, im not huge but its the summer look if you no what i mean, low intense cardio or high intence, i been told to do wieghts after aswell to maintain size, low carbs, high protien all tthat crap, :( iwas thinging 1 hour a cardio 4 days a week
