eat right and exercise. have fun!
Look through the posts - you can find a lot of information.
If you have access to equipment, try one of the programs available on FT.

We don't have enough info here to help you. What do you currently do for exercise, what do you eat, how tall are you?
92 kg is about 202 lbs, is that a lot for a male at age 17? You want to weigh 165? How tall are you?

The necessary is to set some small, attainable goals, pick a program, pick a healthy eating plan and go, go, go!

You are 17, should be full of testosterone, you should lose fat relatively easily once you get consistent with your eating and exercising.

push ups, pull-ups, bodyweight squats. try looking up calisthenics online and see if you can find some descriptions of bodyweight exercises. i think there is even a program here that doesn't require exercises, look in the fitness resources section.

Eat lentils and rice and lots of fibrous vegetables. drink a lot of water.

Start a walking or running program.

Good luck!
