I am a new mom. I had my daughter a year ago. I am 23 and I hate everything about my body even more so now. I am 5'7 and 170+ lbs. I am sick of tucking my flabby muffin top into my pants.I am getting more and more depressed about my appearance every day. I know diet is a big part of losing weight so I am trying really hard to watch that. I would really appreciate some pin point work-outs for the abdominals and thighs. PLEASE HELP. Thank you.

Welcome to the board...

Yep... diet is a significant part of it. So I would suggest your write everything (I mean EVERYTHING - this includes nibbles) down and see what it is you are eating. Once you see a list, you kind of get an idea of what you should and shouldn't be eating.

As for targeting abs and thighs specifically, you can't really spot reduce. So, I would suggest you grab a workout from this site and have at it!

Tim is totaly correct. write it all down and be honest, then see what you are really eating and you can get on the right track.

And remember... "just one" can lead to way more. It's easier to not have that little snack than to try to stop at "just one."
