hi i am just so proud of myself for following my nutritional plan that free trainers has put in place for me. I unfortuanatly caught that unforgiving cold that is going around so i chose to rest instead of trying to exercise. Just following my nutrition plan i lost 7 lbs. in my first week. this is now a new week and plan on starting my exercise plan now that im over that cold. im so excited to see more results.
