Hi everyone :) I am Katie, 19, I weigh 236 lbs, and I'm only 5'3".
It gets hard for me to stay motivated with a workout routine, and I don't know how or what to do. Is there anyone who has been in my shoes and has advice for me?
Another thing is the food part, I cannot decide what is put into this house because I don't have a job. So what do I do because these people do not eat healthily...Please help me. Thanks!
