I have an up coming event on March the 30th. I'm 50, and I've tried everything. I'm fatter than I've ever been in my life. I've went through a lot of problems, and depression
( sickness in my family) I want to lose at least 25 lbs before this first event then I have a second one in July. I'd love to at least be at 50 lbs lighter before that one comes around, then the rest when ever. Thanks so much. Fluffy Grandma

Weight loss as I am sure you know begins and ends with diet. First, take a look at your current calorie intake, and first thing to do is in that calorie intake start to make healthy alternatives to the bad stuff. (you know what this is). This will result in a health effect to the positive. (Just this switch alone may result in a nice weight loss, as many healthier counterparts to bad food are lower in calories by nature). Then you can start to remove extra calories, and weight loss will begin.
