Hi, im 16 years old almost 17 and weigh 270 pounds and i am going to be doing a am cardio and then workout after school, and i was wondering how long i should be doing my cardio and workout for? And how many times a week? i want to lose at least 50-60 pounds before end of may is this possible? And how many calories should i be consuming each day? The nutritional plan say 5395 but i think thats way to high, any suggestions?

If anyone could help me out and answer these its much appreciated.~jamaica1492

Well #1 should be diet. I'd suggest you cut your calories to around 2000 a day for starters. The calorie estimator on this sight is severely broken.
60+ pounds is doable by may as long as you are dedicated to being active and managing your calories.

I agree cut your calorie intake to about 2000. Increase your energy used up. 2 workouts a day should definitely do it. Even one would probably do it. Do your best to not go too much gungho and wear yourself out. Remember may is a ways away so you need to stay motivated throughout.

Hi im 13 5'5 and 220 pounds i would LOVE to lose weight before summber which is like in 3 months... does anybody know any good workouts? PLZ HELP!
and my goal is 120 pounds but i wanna wokr some off in the summer and i have to hurry because i dont want to become a diebetic and diebetes runs in my mom and dads family on the side, and my dad and his family has bad hearts and its in our genes now thanxs to the parents :/ but plz help!!!! if you know any workouts plz tell! skip the introduction of juss saying hello say workouts of what i can do! PLZ HELP!

Hi I am Bweddings I weigh 260 pounds and I am 59 years old I would like to lose about 60 pounds. I am intrested in a good exercise program. I know that dieting is essential but I am so tired of dieting. Maybe someone could come up with something practical for me.
