Hi, I have a question.
I recently bought the book "Making the cut" by Jillian Michaels. I have not yet started the program, instead I've been trying out the exercises listed in there in preperation. The problem I've been facing is that in the book, she recommends that we eat only the total amount of our BMR's, in my case that is 1350, but by doing 30 min of her weight exercises and 30 min interval training 4 days a week, I not only feel extremely tired all the time, but also have muscle ache quite badly to the point where I struggle to get through my day. AND I've been eating around 1600 - 2000 Cal! My question is: Will I be messing up my metabolism by doing this program? Is it safe to drop my calories so low while exercising hard? I'm 5.2 and 125 pounds, would like to get rid of the last flab - 12 pounds.
