Yay or nay? Skin cancer and a tan anyone? Should we be happy that along with healthy muskles we also have healthy skin?

I go once or twice a month in the winter if it's gloomy outside and I feel like I need it.

I'm outdoors a lot and live in CA so I get plenty of sun. I guess if I lived in Seattle I'd do it.

To me, the tan yoe get in the tanning bed looks fake, but if that's the only option yoiu have, I would to shorter time intervals

I don't think tanning a couple times a week will hurt. I am going to start tanning
