Hey guys so I'm just looking for a way to get a nice lean look. I want a low body fat percent. I know that you gotta work for it and I'm willing to stick with a program if I get results. So if someone could just let me know a good workout that would give me these results that would be awsome. Oh and by the way I'm around 5 10 or 11 and weigh around 150. Even though it's not much it's all fat, mostly in the lower gut area. So thanks again guys!
