why cant i lose weight?help!

I've been working out for ywo weeks everyday and i've only lost 5 lbs. What can i do to lose more weight?

Well if your pictures any indicator you don't need to lose any more weight!
Diet, Diet, Diet! that's all I can say. There are great nutrition plans on this site and you should def be able to find one right for you.
Also, if you're lifting weights and adding muscle than you would be wise to remember that muscle ways more than fat does. Don't be a slave to the scale!

Take a hard look at what you eat. Diet is the #1 pass or fail in fitness. You may be working out too much, or your calories may be too low. 5 lbs in two weeks is actually above average especially for women so you should be very proud of yourself. Many women take at least that amount of time to start showing any improvements!

5 pounds in 2 weeks ,thats pretty good.Keep up the cardio and get your diet in track.Try keeping your rest times lower when you train to keep the heart pumping faster and burning more calories .If you don't already , try out 15 minutes of 'HIIT' , its fun and passes alot faster (in my head) then the 30 minutes of cardio.
