Isabel, a good place to start is to stop eating processed foods. If it comes in a box, lasts 6 months or changes the color of your fingers and tongue when you eat it, stop. Cut dow or better yet eliminate sugar and sodas as much as possible. If it has an ingredient that you can't pronounce, don't eat it.
Pick a workout that fits your needs under the exercise heading and go to work.
