I have poly cystic ovarian syndrome which causes me to be insulin resistent and unable to lose weight. My husband and I go to the gym 4 times a week and are eating very healthy with a limited calorie diet. We have been doing this for about 6 weeks and I am not sure I am doing the right thing. Every day I do I make sure I do at least 20 mintues of cardio and about 30 mintues of weight lifting. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
